Porting questions

No. There is no port-in fee for toll-free or local numbers. Your plan starts when the number arrives, and there is no activation fee.

Toll-free numbers usually move in two to five business days once your current carrier confirms the details. Local numbers take five to fourteen business days because the losing carrier and the number's underlying provider both have to release it. Your number keeps working with the old carrier until the moment it switches.

The number(s), your current carrier, the business name and address exactly as they appear on your current bill, an authorized signature (this form), and a copy of a recent bill or invoice showing the number. For toll-free numbers we may also ask for the account number with your Responsible Organization.

Yes. Enter your Kall8 account number in the form and the number is added to that account under its current plan; the first number on a plan is included and extra numbers are billed at the catalog price.

The most common reasons are a name or address that does not match the current carrier's records, a number on a past-due or suspended account, or a number under contract with a non-portable premium arrangement. We check before submitting and tell you what to fix.

Choose a plan first (the form links to signup), or submit this form and we will set the account up with you by phone.
