Custom call forwarding
Send calls to different numbers automatically by time of day, day of week, the state or area code the call came from, or a specific caller. Calls can go to a phone, straight to voicemail, or be blocked. Stay reachable when you travel, route a national number to the nearest office, or hand calls to an answering service after hours.

Voicemail and fax
Every number has a mailbox for voice messages and inbound faxes. Record a greeting up to five minutes, set how many seconds before voicemail answers, limit message length, and receive messages by email as an attachment or link, in the app, online, or by phone. Kall8 stores up to 999 messages for 30 days and can upload a greeting you recorded elsewhere.
Call blocking
Block or allow calls by state, area code, area code plus prefix, or a specific number. Blocked calls can hear a busy signal, continuous ringing, an error message or go to voicemail. Build a custom calling area so only the markets you serve can reach the number.
Conferencing
Turn any Kall8 number into a conference bridge: participants dial the number, enter the password and join, up to 25 at a time, with nothing to schedule and no separate charge. Each participant's connection uses plan minutes at the normal rate.
Call analytics and recording
Assign a campaign name to each number and see calls, minutes, cost per call and caller origination by state; real-time call information for three days including busy and unanswered attempts; call history exports for customer databases. Mobile and desktop apps
